Positions are available throughout the year, including summer sessions. Applicants with relevant expertise will be contacted for interviews. Course schedules vary quarterly, and selected individuals will coordinate with faculty to determine schedules. Courses are not guaranteed, but the department aims to provide ample notice of available courses and cancellations. Academic Calendar Except for the College of Law, DePaul operates on a quarter system with 11-week classes in Autumn, Winter, and Spring, and two 5-week summer sessions. The College of Law uses a semester system with 16-week Fall and Spring classes and a 7-week summer session.
