Are you ready to be part of something bigger? Join a cutting-edge aerospace team testing the next generation of rocket engine components. We're looking for a Hydraulic/Pneumatic Test Technician II – with hands-on experience and a passion for precision.
What You’ll Do:
🔧 Perform pressure testing on critical rocket engine components (valves, manifolds, chambers)
🧪 Conduct nitrogen/helium leak tests, hydrostatic proofing, vibration & thermal tests
🛠️ Assemble test tooling and maintain strict cleanliness protocols
📈 Identify and troubleshoot non-conformances, drive root cause analysis
⚙️ Support process improvements to boost efficiency and throughput
💻 Contribute to development of electronic work instructions
🔐 Work safely with hazardous chemicals, high-pressure systems, and sensitive equipment
What We’re Looking For:
✅ 2–8 years of experience with pressure systems and test operations
✅ Ability to read/interpret complex engineering drawings and specs
✅ Strong technical and communication skills
✅ Proficiency with tools like CAD, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
✅ Proven problem-solving skills and continuous improvement mindset
✅ U.S. citizenship or lawful work authorization is required
Physical & Scheduling Requirements:
📦 Lift/carry up to 50 lbs., climb ladders/stairs
⏰ Flexible to work varying shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed
