POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Analyst Level 4 will provide advanced analytical support to the project by leading the assessment and reporting efforts for IT-AMS. This position requires strong expertise in understanding complex data sets, identifying trends, and providing recommendations for system improvements based on data insights. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Required: Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, or related field 10+ years of experience in data analysis or similar field Experience working with large, complex datasets Experience working with UML and API integration Desired: Master's in Computer Science, or related field CERTIFICATIONS: Required: Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) or CompTIA Data+ Desired: ITIL Foundation RESPONSIBILITIES: Required: Lead efforts to define and measure product performance to identify areas for improvement Develop and maintain data models and reporting systems Collaborate with stakeholders to identify potential new use cases Provide data analysis and decision making to guide system enhancements Assist in ensuring all system features meet federal regulations SKILLS: Required: Strong proficiency in Java and Java ecosystem Strong proficiency in Postgres, SQL, and ETL process Proficiency in Microsoft servers and Azure cloud Proficiency in Tableau and creating data visualizations Proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment Familiarity with federal IT security, compliance requirements, and ATO processes Strong communication skills, including explaining technical information to both non-technical and technical personnel Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills Expertise in transforming business needs into technical solutions Ability to work independently and in a team setting #J-18808-Ljbffr Think Tank Inc.
