duties
Create calendars, schedule meetings, and confirm client or patient bookings.

Maintain accurate records of appointments, cancellals, and rescheduling of meetings.

Acting as clients' first point of contact, you provide clear instructions and information about their visits.

Maintaining organization, supervise daily schedules and make sure every participant is aware of upcoming appointments, follow-up visits, and any likely delays.

Manage calls, emails, and messages about scheduling to guarantee professional and timely interaction.

Support Team Members: Work with inside teams to handle schedule issues and provide additional help as needed.

Maintaining operational efficiency requires quick resolution of any scheduling issues so ensuring a flawless and positive client experience.

Selection's Standards
Good communicator: In written and verbal formats, you can efficiently present material to internal teams and customers.

Strong Organizational Skills: You are quite good in keeping order and advancing and juggling several schedules.

Perfect: You guarantee that every element—including times and places—is accurate, therefore allowing flawless encounters.

Technologically competent; focused on email platforms, customer relationship management systems, and scheduling tools.
