We are seeking an Appointment Setter to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

• Report appointment setting metrics, such as the number of scheduled appointments and follow-up success rates to supervisors or managers.
• Follow up on inbound inquiries or cold leads to convert them into confirmed appointments.
• Keep a detailed log of calls, including those which were not answered
• Work closely with the sales, marketing, or customer service teams to coordinate schedules and ensure efficient appointment management.
• Contact prospective clients, existing clients, or leads to schedule appointments with the appropriate team members (e.g., sales representatives, consultants, or service providers).
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an Appointment setter, sales, lead generator or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients 
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize appointments.
• Do not apply if already applied for Typist and Customer Escalation Specialist with us
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Must be located in the US
• Comfortable using appointment-setting software, CRM systems, and email platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
