Are you interested in joining one of the country’s most exciting trial and litigation boutiques? Do you have big firm or government civil litigation training but the desire to do something different? We litigate and try cases, primarily on behalf of plaintiffs, from coast to coast. We handle RICO, False Claims Act, policyholder-side insurance coverage, and other complex cases. Our clients include Fortune 500 companies, financial institutions, fund managers, property owners, whistleblowers, state and local governments, and individuals. We are looking for associate and counsel candidates for our D.C., Seattle, and Miami offices. We also will consider candidates who can show the ability to do effective legal work remotely. Top academic credentials, strong writing skills, and a passion for litigation are required.

Pay: $140,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year

Civil litigation: 2-10 years (Required)
License/Certification:
License to practice law in D.C., Washington, or Florida? (Preferred)
Work Location: In person DC, WA or FL preferred
