We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Attendance Data Entry Clerk / Scheduling Clerk to join our team remotely. This position involves tracking employee attendance, accurately inputting data into internal systems, and assisting in scheduling shifts or appointments as needed. It's a low-stress, administrative support role ideal for those with strong organization and computer skills.
Accurately input employee attendance records into the database or time-tracking system
Monitor daily time logs, absence reports, and notify management of discrepancies
Assist with employee scheduling, including updating shifts and availability calendars
Respond to emails and internal messages regarding schedule changes or time-off requests
Maintain up-to-date digital records of attendance and schedules
Communicate with employees to confirm or adjust schedules as needed
Generate weekly or monthly reports on attendance and scheduling trends
High school diploma or GED required
Previous experience in data entry, clerical, or administrative work preferred (not required)
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Excellent typing accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Good written and verbal communication skills
Reliable internet connection and computer setup for remote work
