Location: Dallas, TX

What You’ll Do

  • Sell & Close Deals – Personally drive new business, focusing on multi-location, multimarket portfolio accounts.
  • Build & Lead a High-Performance Sales Team – Recruit, coach, and develop top-tier sales talent.
  • Hold Everyone Accountable – Implement a high-discipline, no-BS sales process where performance is measured, coached, and rewarded.
  • Develop Winning Sales Strategies – Work with leadership to refine Whitebox’s prospecting, outreach, and deal-closing playbook.
  • Engage with Founders & C-Suite Executives – Understand the strategic real estate needs of businesses with 20+ employees.
  • Drive Market Expansion – Help grow Whitebox’s presence in DFW and beyond, landing major accounts.

What You Need to Succeed

  • 5+ years of high-performance B2B sales experience (Commercial Real Estate, SaaS, Finance, or other complex sales industries preferred).
  • Proven experience managing & scaling a sales team—player-coach mentality required.
  • Experience selling to C-suite executives—you know how to command a room.
  • Strong negotiation & financial acumen—you understand numbers, leases, and deal structures.
  • Excellent writing & communication skills—can craft persuasive messaging with clarity.
  • Extreme accountability & discipline—you don’t just meet quotas, you set the standard.
  • Competitive drive—you want to beat the big firms, not work for them.
