About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Branch Manager I to lead our new Milwaukee branch. This is an exciting opportunity to grow a new location while supporting our mission to provide exceptional service to our members. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations, coach and develop team members, and ensure the branch meets performance goals and service standards.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:30 PM; Every other Saturday, 9:00 AM–12:00 PM

Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage branch staff, including hiring, training, and performance coaching
• Monitor branch goals and take corrective action to ensure success
• Ensure high-quality member service and adequate staffing levels
• Maintain compliance with credit union policies and procedures
• Promote and support Fox’s purpose, mission, vision, and values
• Build strong member relationships and coach team on cross-selling products
• Coordinate with the Regional Branch Manager and attend management meetings
• Oversee branch facilities and ensure proper maintenance
• Assist with consumer lending needs and support other departments as needed
• Utilize Gallup resources to improve team engagement
• Prepare reports and communicate trends or issues to leadership

Qualifications

• Associate degree, business/trade school certification, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of related experience in financial services or branch management
• Flexible availability, including rotating Saturdays
• Willingness to obtain and maintain NMLS registration (support provided during onboarding)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
