We are looking for a Bank Tellers to work a 90-day contract in Beverly Hills for our banking client. The hours are 8-5 Monday through Friday. Previous experience as a Bank Teller is ideal, but we are also flexible to consider candidates with cash handling experience who are trainable.

Responsibilities:

• Handle and process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments

• Answer inbound calls from customers and address their inquiries and concerns

• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong customer relationships

• Accurately input customer information and transaction details into the banking system

• Schedule appointments for customers with bank personnel when necessary

• Use Microsoft Excel and Word to create and manage reports and documents

• Ensure accuracy and integrity of customer data by regularly updating customer records

• Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and efficient manner

• Assist in the call center, providing support and information to customers

• Communicate effectively with customers, both in person and over the phone, to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.

The ideal candidate will have branch teller experience, extensive cash handling, customer service, and retail experience. Pay is $22/hr.

• Proficiency in answering inbound calls, ensuring all client inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently.
• Experience in providing exceptional customer service in a call center environment.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality customer service, resolving any client issues in a detail oriented and timely manner.
• Proficiency in data entry, ensuring all customer information is accurately recorded and maintained.
• Skill in email correspondence, ensuring all customer communications are handled detail oriented and promptly.
• Experience in managing both inbound and outbound calls, coordinating with various departments as necessary.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create spreadsheets, use formulas, and manage data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, including the ability to create detail oriented documents, format text, and use templates.
• Experience in order entry, ensuring all customer orders are accurately recorded and processed.
• Ability to schedule appointments, coordinating with both clients and team members to ensure smooth operations.
