Powers Roofing & Exteriors is in search of a part-time Canvasser to join our team in Mentor, OH. In this role, you will represent Powers Roofing in local neighborhoods, generating leads through door-to-door outreach and promoting our services. This role is the front line of our sales funnel, focused on creating first contact opportunities and building community awareness of our brand.

Benefits:

• Starting at $15/hour + $35 per qualified lead

Job Responsibilities:

• Knock on doors and introduce homeowners to Power Roofing services.
• Collect basic information and schedule appointments for sales reps.
• Use scripts and qualification questions to identify interested prospects.
• Accurately document leads and interactions in JobNimbus, Sales Rabbit or CRM.
• Distribute flyers, door hangers, and yard signs in assigned areas.
• Report canvassing activity and lead counts daily to the Sales Manager.
• Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm in the field.
• Identify storm-affects areas and report opportunity zones to leadership.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Energetic, outgoing, and self-motivated.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional demeanor and neat appearance.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and acceptable motor vehicle record.
