Compensation & Benefits:
The position offers a guaranteed base salary of $220,000-$235,000 per year, complemented by a $30,000 sign-on bonus. Additional benefits include:

• Flexible scheduling options: choose between 5x8s or 4x10s.

Work Schedule:

• Valid Wisconsin CAA license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Current certification as an Anesthesiologist Assistant.

• Open to both experienced CAAs and motivated new graduates.
