• Rate: Travel: $1,170/36-hours Local: $1,123/36-hours

Requirements:

• Active, non-expiring Medication Aide Certification.
• At least 1 year of experience in adult or assisted living care.
• Completion of facility credentialing.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist residents as needed.
• Basic knowledge of medication protocols and documentation.
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Administer prescribed medications accurately and timely per resident care plans.
• Document medication administration and resident responses.
• Monitor residents for side effects and report concerns to licensed nursing staff.
• Assist residents with daily living activities as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized medication cart and storage area.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to support overall resident care and safety.
