HIRING FOR MECHANICAL ASSEMBLERS IN THE NEW HOPE, MN AREA! 2ND AND 3RD SHIFT! Job Description

The component mechanical assembler performs line component assembly, individual sub-assembly, material and final washing, rework and repair operations, and pallet loading. The component mechanical assembler assists in maintaining quality and manufacturing processes to meet company objectives and achieve customer satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Mechanical assembly experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Experience in deburring, grinding, and machine operation.
• 6 months of manufacturing experience.
• Strong attention to detail for visual inspections and quality assurance.
• Previous mechanical assembly experience preferred.

Work Environment

You will be standing all day during your shift. The environment includes exposure to oils and cleaners, loud noises requiring hearing protection in select areas, and moving parts, equipment, and coolants. Eye protection is required in all plant work areas, and slip-resistant safety shoes are necessary. It is a very clean manufacturing environment with air conditioning.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.70 - $19.70/hr.
