Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Utilize your expertise in a variety of finishing techniques to achieve flawless surfaces on a range of projects, from sidewalks and driveways to foundations and floors.
• Employ hand and power tools to sculpt and refine the concrete, ensuring each surface meets our exacting standards of quality and craftsmanship.
• Collaborate closely with the rest of the team to coordinate tasks and ensure efficient project completion.
• Address any imperfections or inconsistencies with precision and attention to detail, maintaining the integrity and aesthetics of the finished product.
• Prioritize safety at all times, adhering to protocols and procedures (both OSHA and Z CON) to create a secure work environment for yourself and your colleagues.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Concrete Finisher or similar role is required, with a proven ability to deliver high-quality results.
• Proficiency in a variety of finishing techniques, from smooth and sleek to textured and tactile.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence, with the ability to identify and address imperfections to achieve the desired outcome.
• Physical stamina and strength to handle the demands of the job, including lifting and maneuvering heavy materials.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and on uneven terrain.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Concrete Finishing or a related field is a plus, demonstrating your dedication to your craft and your commitment to professional development.
