Job Description

The Content Production Assistant plays an integral role in supporting the Content Production team by assisting in all phases of photo and video shoots—from pre-production through post-production. This position involves a variety of administrative duties to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities while contributing to the creation of high-quality marketing content. Ideal candidates will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with both internal teams and external partners.

• This role is 24 hours a week, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. On-site Tuesday with a flexible second day on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the planning and booking of catering for shoots.
• Upload shoot content to Teams, internal Digital Asset Manager (DAM), and servers.
• Process incoming invoices and reconcile project costs.
• Negotiate and handle the reuse of imagery.
• Follow up with internal and external partners to ensure project timelines are met.
• Set up new vendors as needed.
• Manage DocuSign for releases, NDAs, and deal memos.
• Support all aspects of photography/video production, including sourcing crew, preparing shoot estimates, managing legal agreements, and creating call sheets.
• Actualize, invoice, and record data after shoots.
• Introduce new vendors to the Content Production team by researching photographers, stylists, and set builders to maintain a strong talent pool.

Skills Required:

• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
• Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy and precision in all aspects of the job.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with MS Office 365, particularly Excel.
• Administrative Skills: Comfortable processing invoices, managing DocuSign for legal documents, and setting up new vendors.
• Collaboration: Able to work effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
• Adaptability: Flexible in handling a variety of tasks and adjusting to changing priorities.
• Photoshoot Experience: Knowledge of photoshoots and PA (Production Assistant) tasks is a plus.
