We’re Looking For:

The Coordinator, Carrier Compliance will oversee strategic relationships with carrier partners to ensure optimal service delivery and efficiency. The role involves nurturing existing relationships, identifying new partnership opportunities, and working closely with internal teams to meet company objectives and standards.

You Will:

  • Support the carrier partnerships that align with business objectives

  • Act as the primary point of contact for carriers, answering phone calls and emails daily

  • Process new certified carrier applications from RMIS ensuring all requirements are met

  • Assist with compliance-related carrier setup and maintenance, ensuring timely resolution of any issues 

  • Analyze carrier performance metrics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), carrier scorecards, usage reporting, and implement improvements to enhance service quality and reliability.

  • Maintain and support relationships with partner carriers and Drive Away transport providers, ensuring alignment with service legal agreements (SLAs) and contracts

  • Collaborate with management to address escalated carrier concerns and support strategic initiatives

  • Investigate and Process transport related damage claims submitted by clients. Gather all pertinent information including photos, estimates and other relevant criteria. Interview claimant and Transporters to gather information related to the claim. Handle transport damage claims as well as property claims related to auto transports. 

  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to improve processes and enhance carrier relations 

Where You Work:

Your work is performed as a hybrid employee, with in-office requirements on Tuesdays and Thursdays at our Mesa, AZ.

Must Have’s:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics a plus

  • 5+ years of experience in carrier relations, customer service, supply chain management or a related field

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team orientated environment

  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., Excel, CRM systems)

  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.

  • Experience with data analytics and performance management tools.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
