Description
In-shop team member compensation: Base $13 to $15 per hour PLUS tips (Tips usually add $2 an hour to base wage). Total Compensation about $15-$17 per hour. Perfect for teens (we hire 15, 16, and 17 years and older) and college students. No experience required.

Pay:

• Base pay $13-15/hour

• $200 bonus paid after 30 days
