The ideal candidate will be responsible for: Administer, test, and implement computer databases, applying knowledge of database management systems. Coordinate changes to computer Plan, coordinate, and implement security measures to safeguard computer databases. Provide configuration and administrative support for Jira Cloud, Confluence, and Design, implement, and maintain custom workflows, screens, dashboards, fields, permission schemes, post functions, , across multiple Jira projects. Build filters, custom dashboards, and reports as Coordinate and respond to support requests related to Atlassian products. Install, configure, test, and manage add-ons, plug-ins, and extensions in Jira Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions within Atlassian Implement DoD security policies and best practices. Required Qualifications: Multiple open positions requiring different levels of experience: Level 3: Bachelor's degree or equivalent 6+ years of related experience DBA experience 3+ years of Jira administration Atlassian certified Jira Administrator 2+ years of leadership experience with the demonstrated ability to effectively manage junior personnel. Experience administering and deploying open source and commercial off the shelf (COTS) server equipment IAT L2 Certification Level 4: Bachelor's degree or equivalent 8+ years of related experience DBA experience 4+ years of Jira administration Atlassian certified Jira Administrator 5+ years of leadership experience with the demonstrated ability to effectively manage junior personnel. Experience administering and deploying open source and commercial off the shelf (COTS) server equipment IAT L2 Certification Desired Qualifications: Active US DoD Security Clearance granted within the last 5 years Graduate-level degree in Engineering or a related technical or business field Experience working in Combined Air Operations Center (CAOC) and general understanding of CAOC processes and procedures in support of execution of the Air Tasking Order (ATO) and Airspace Control Order (ACO).
