We are seeking a skilled Salesforce DevOps Engineer with strong experience in CI/CD automation, Salesforce development, and Agile environments. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in building DevOps architecture, managing version control, and leading successful Salesforce deployments. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about automation, process optimization, and mentoring team members. Job Responsibilities: Gather requirements and define, design, and implement DevOps architecture for Salesforce environments Write build scripts and pipelines to enable end-to-end build and deployment orchestration Deploy software releases across various environments, and manage hotfixes and rollbacks as required Verify the success of continuous delivery deployments Define and implement branching strategies to support parallel software development Monitor validation builds for failures and troubleshoot deployment issues in collaboration with Development and Configuration teams Use advanced Git operations to move development and configuration work across version control branches Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, promoting continuous improvement and learning Required Skills: 5+ years of experience in a Salesforce consulting role, with at least 4 completed development projects 5+ years of hands-on experience with DevOps practices and modern CI/CD pipeline design Proficiency in APEX, Visualforce Pages, LWC, and writing unit test classes Strong knowledge of Salesforce scratch orgs and package-based deployments Experience with one or more CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab, Azure DevOps, Copado, or Flosum Proficient with Agile methodology and working within Agile development environments Preferred Skills: Strong understanding of Salesforce DX, source-driven development, and DevOps frameworks Experience integrating DevOps with testing automation tools Effective communication and leadership skills to lead and mentor teams Certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I Salesforce Certified App Builder #J-18808-Ljbffr Compunnel
