Job Description

We are a dynamic and growing restaurant group seeking a strategic and creative Director of Marketing to lead our marketing initiatives across multiple brands and venues in New York City . The ideal candidate must have direct experience working with restaurant groups , a deep understanding of the NYC hospitality landscape, and the ability to develop and execute compelling campaigns that drive brand awareness, traffic, and revenue.

This is a critical leadership role that collaborates closely with ownership, culinary teams, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies for all restaurant brands, including digital, social, email, events, PR, and local partnerships.
• Oversee brand development, creative direction, and storytelling for each concept to ensure consistency and alignment with business goals.
• Drive targeted campaigns to increase foot traffic, reservations, private events, and overall brand engagement.
• Manage all social media platforms and content calendars with an eye on engagement and brand voice.
• Work directly with operations and culinary teams to support menu launches, promotions, activations, and special events.
• Analyze campaign performance and restaurant KPIs to inform ongoing strategy and ROI.
• Coordinate PR and influencer partnerships in collaboration with internal stakeholders or external agencies.
• Lead local marketing efforts tailored to specific neighborhood demographics.
• Manage the marketing budget, vendor relationships, and creative production timelines.

Requirements:

• MUST have 5+ years of marketing experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• MUST currently reside in or near New York City.
• Proven success developing and implementing marketing strategies for multi-unit restaurant brands or groups.
• Strong understanding of the New York City restaurant scene, media landscape, and guest demographics .
• Hands-on experience with social media management, email platforms, paid digital advertising, and local marketing.
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp/Klaviyo, and reservation platforms (e.g., Resy, OpenTable).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and creative environment.
