Join Shepler's as one of our dock/deckhands and become a critical part of our team working on both our docks and aboard our motor vessels. Primary duties include, but are not limited to greeting Sheplers guests, tagging luggage, offering parking assistance, loading and unloading vessels, assisting with the boarding process, line handling, assuring a neat and tidy workspace both at the dock and on board, and also assisting with any possible guest issues both on land and while underway.

This position often works outdoors in all types of weather.
Part Time/Full Time/Seasonal
Full Time, Seasonal (May 1 October 31) or Full Time, Peak Season ( Early June - Late August)
Skills
Ideal candidates will be comfortable working in front of the public. Must be able to work independently and have amazing attention to detail, along with pride in the work that you do. Must also be comfortable working outside in all elements. Must be 18 years of age with a valid US drivers license.
