What You'll Do:

• Lead & Manage : Oversee electrical construction projects from start to finish for multifamily developments, ensuring successful execution within budget, scope, and timeline.
• Coordinate Teams : Manage a team of electricians, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure high-quality work and efficient project completion.
• Client Liaison : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and general contractors, ensuring smooth communication and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Problem-Solving : Proactively identify potential project challenges and develop solutions to keep everything on track and moving forward.
• Quality & Safety : Enforce strict safety guidelines and ensure that all electrical systems are installed to the highest standards of quality and compliance.
• Travel : You’ll travel approximately 25-30% of the time to oversee projects in Indiana and Pittsburgh, with opportunities to make a significant impact on multiple sites.

What You Bring:

• Experience : At least 5 years of experience in electrical construction, with at least 2 years in project management, preferably on multifamily projects.
• Leadership Skills : Proven ability to manage, mentor, and inspire teams to deliver results.
• Technical Expertise : Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety standards.
• Travel Readiness : Willingness to travel to project locations in Indiana and Pittsburgh 25-30% of the time.
• Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication to effectively liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
