Competitive Pay: $22.00 to $40.00 /hr depending on experience & drive time bonus

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Install solar photovoltaic (PV) systems on residential and commercial properties.
Perform site assessments to determine optimal placement of solar panels.
Coordinate with project managers and team members to ensure timely and efficient installation.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to solar system installations.
Complete necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and on time.

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential or commercial solar installation.
Proficiency in installing solar PV systems, including mounting, wiring, and connecting components.
Strong understanding of electrical systems and principles.
Has own powertools.
Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols.
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely.
