Job Summary: The Exam Proctor is responsible for safeguarding all aspects of exam security and ensuring the efficient conduct of the examination. Performs other duties as needed. Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum one year of proctor experience preferred. Knowledge and Skills: Able to read and write legibly. Speak in English with professional quality. Use computer, printer, and necessary software programs (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Operate/troubleshoot basic office equipment. Communicate positively, effectively, and professionally with others. Work calmly and respond courteously under pressure. Collaborate and accept direction. Think critically and manage multiple assignments effectively. Organize and prioritize workload. Problem solve and recall information with accuracy. Pay close attention to detail and work independently with minimal supervision. Able to distinguish colors as necessary. Hear sufficiently for general conversation in person and on the telephone. Identify and distinguish various sounds associated with the workplace. See adequately to read computer screens and written documents necessary to the position.
