Job Description

Our client, a leading organization in facility management, is seeking a Facilities Engineer or Technician to join their team. As a Facilities Engineer or Technician, you will be part of the engineering department supporting the maintenance and operations of various building systems. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title:  Facilities Engineer or Technician

Location:  Gilbert, AZ

Pay Range: $35/hr. - $40/hr. 

Shift: Second - 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM 

What's the Job?

• Perform maintenance and repairs on Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Furniture, Fire, Life Safety, and Control systems to ensure facility standards are met.
• Maintain responsibility for facility services, including preventative maintenance and inventory control.
• Inspect, clean, calibrate, and change parts to optimize HVAC systems and associated equipment performance.
• Record equipment readings and make necessary adjustments for proper operation.
• Comply with safety procedures and maintain a clean and safe workplace.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 8-10 years of experience in maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• EPA 608 Type II Certification.
• Working knowledge of computer applications including Word and Excel.
