Employed family medicine physician position (outpatient only, no OB) at a small critical access hospital in northern Maine serving a ~20,000 catchment and a town of ~10,000. Schedule is a four-day weekday clinic (Tue–Fri, 8am–4pm) with no nights or weekends; hospital includes 24-hour physician-covered ER and 28 skilled nursing beds on campus. Competitive compensation package ($280k–$300k base), sign-on bonus, incentives, loan repayment, malpractice coverage, paid vacation, CME, and visa sponsorship consideration.
