Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced environment. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth operation of our food service establishment. Your responsibilities will include food preparation, cash handling, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.

Duties

• Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, including Aloha POS and Micros POS, for efficient order processing
• Engage with customers to provide excellent service, including upselling menu items
• Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to sanitation guidelines
• Assist with bussing tables and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests
• Follow food safety protocols to ensure the quality and safety of all food products
• Collaborate with team members to meet service goals during peak hours

Requirements

• Previous experience in the food industry or quick service & fast food restaurant preferred
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing an enjoyable dining experience
• Ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment while multitasking
• Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations
• Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards
• Culinary experience is a plus, including kitchen experience or food preparation skills
• Familiarity with cash register operations and POS systems is advantageous
