Job Description

Position Title: General Labor

Wage: $15.00/hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 7:00am - 5:30pm (Monday - Thursday)

General Labor Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Work to find proper stock location of items and place on shelf
- Box or bag product that will be used as an order component determined by part number 
- Assemble light fixtures according to instruction manual
- Help to maintain and meet the daily production goals 
- Read and understand job orders for each job to determine production requirements 
- Maintain a neat, clean and organized work area
- Use box cutters to open boxes if necessary

General Labor Requirements:
- Able to stand up to 8-10 hours on concrete 
- Able to lift up to and carry 50 pounds regularly 
- Able to reach out with both arms and hands, grasp product constantly through the day with both hands
- Able to perform repetitive tasks such as stooping, bending, turning, twisting, and reaching for an extended period of time 
- Able to make repetitious movements with hands, wrists, arms, and shoulders throughout shift 
- Able to work at a fast pace for 8-10 hours 
- Proficient reading and writing skills 
- Able to use small tools occasionally 
- Strong attention to detail
