Overview:

We are seeking a hands-on Inventory Control Manager to oversee inventory accuracy and support daily operations within a fast-paced manufacturing and distribution environment. This critical role ensures that inventory levels align with production and fulfillment needs while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and thrives in a collaborative team setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain inventory accuracy across all storage locations and systems
• Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits, ensuring discrepancies are investigated and resolved promptly
• Collaborate closely with purchasing, production, and warehouse teams to ensure inventory availability aligns with operational demand
• Update and maintain inventory data using ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
• Generate and analyze inventory reports to guide business decisions and improve efficiency
• Support inventory planning activities to reduce stockouts and minimize excess inventory
• Assist in developing and implementing process improvements related to inventory control and warehouse organization

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in inventory control or materials management, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, or similar platforms
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and data analysis
• Excellent organizational skills with a sharp attention to detail
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
