Position Overview:
As a Lawn Service Team Driver, you'll work alongside a crew of two to three members, ensuring the impeccable appearance of our clients’ properties while efficiently completing tasks within designated time frames. While prior lawn maintenance experience is a plus, it's not required; we provide comprehensive training.

Responsibilities Include:

• Performing regular lawn and landscape maintenance on commercial and residential properties using various equipment such as commercial mowers, edger, and grass trimmer.
• Pruning small trees and palms, using manual and power pole saws as necessary.
• Clearing leaves, branches, clippings, and debris from properties.
• Maintaining plant beds by weeding and applying weed control solutions.
• Learning to use our field C.R.M. (customer relationship software) device.

Requirements:

• Minimum age of 23.
• Valid Florida Driver’s license.
• Dependable, reliable, and punctual.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Willingness to work in varying weather conditions.
• Physical ability to perform tasks involving frequent walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 40 pounds.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 6:30 PM. (hours may vary based on workload)
