Job Responsibilities Provide support to the Senior Banker on daily client priorities. Assist the Senior Banker during the sales process and ongoing client management, including reviewing and building pitch books, coordinating information, communicating with clients, and executing client needs. Support client hierarchy and pipeline management. Assist in the sale of investments, banking, and trust services, including asset allocation on structured and managed portfolios, brokerage accounts, portfolio reviews, deposit and loan solutions, basic trust and estate products, and identifying wealth planning opportunities. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Bachelor’s Degree required. Series 7 & 66 licenses required; unlicensed candidates considered but must obtain licenses within 90 days of start date. Sales or origination experience. Coachable professional with good business acumen. Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills MBA, JD, CFA, or CFP preferred. Excellent communication skills. Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively.
