Job Description

The PTA provides direct physical therapy care under a licensed PT's supervision based on physician referrals.

• Must be a graduate of an accredited program and licensed/licensed in the state, with CPR certification.
  
• Preferred one year of post-acute care experience.
  
• Participates in community health projects and maintains proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, and staff, ensuring patient needs are met.
  
• Adheres to safety, confidentiality, and professional standards, demonstrating integrity and teamwork.
  
• Performs treatment plans, proper documentation, and utilizes therapy software.
  
• Exhibits excellent customer service, dependable attendance, and good judgment.
  
• Physically capable of assisting patients and working intermittently throughout shifts.]]>
