• Prior experience in a law firm or legal setting (probate or estate experience is a plus)

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare probate court filings and legal documents
• Communicate with clients and court personnel
• Track deadlines and case progress
• Support attorneys with administrative tasks related to probate and estate cases
• Help clients feel informed, supported, and at ease

• At least 2 years of experience in the legal field under the guidance of an attorney in a law firm setting, including experience in probate matters
• Candidates should possess high-level organizational skills, and time-management skills
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong oral and written communication skills
