Utilize CRM Software : Track sales activities, manage client interactions, and report on sales performance using CRM software and sales management tools. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. Proven work experience in social media management and digital marketing. Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to create compelling content for various target audiences. Strong networking and relationship-building skills. Experience in sales, lead generation, and customer relationship management. Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
