Your Superpowers: Customer Service & Patient Experience - Be the friendly, knowledgeable, and proactive point of contact for customers/patients.
- Respond to texts, emails, and calls immediately no message left unanswered. Follow up with those that sound like they could benefit from an extra call, text, or email. Make people feel extra cared for.
- Put patients at ease, ensuring they have a five-star experience suitable for a five star review.
- Protect privacy and confidentiality while maintaining a personal touch.
- Understand that client reviews are crucialstellar service = positive feedback!
Tech-Savvy & Social Media Pro - Comfortable with computers, phones, apps, and communication tools (RingCentral, IT management, etc.).
- Manage and grow our social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, podcasts).
- Take and post photos/videos, engage with followers, and liaise with video editors and marketing to maintain content flow.
- Maintain and organize our social media database (videos, graphics, etc.).
Product Sales & Online Management - Oversee online product sales via Shopify and other platforms.
- Learn and maintain CRM systems ( Mailchimp, Jotform )automate and streamline client journeys.
- Ensure smooth online interactions, blending tech with old-school customer service methods.
Operations & Office Management - Keep the office running smoothly: facility maintenance, inventory control, keeping spaces clean and organized.
- Ensure everything is stocked, tidy, and welcoming (empty trash, restock supplies, etc.).
- Troubleshoot and update policies & procedures to improve efficiency.
- Assist in review management , ensuring we collect and highlight positive client experiences.
Profit-Minded & Process-Driven - Monitor payments and collections (Square, billing, etc.).
- Seek efficiencies and growth opportunities we want fresh ideas!
- Stay busy and proactive no downtime here! Find ways to improve and optimize operations.
Doctors Right Hand - Anticipate needshelp the doctor stay on track and focused.
- Be reliable and flexible , always showing up ready to make a difference.
