Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking Molding Machine Operators to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, prior industrial experience, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment, which will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: Molding Machine Operator - All Shifts

Location: Turtle Lake, WI

Pay Range: $15 - $17.25/hr

Shift: 1st (7a-3p, Mon-Fri). 2nd (3p-11p, Mon-Fri). 3rd (11p-7a, Mon-Fri). AM (7a-7p, 2-2-3 Schedule). PM (7p-7a, 2-2-3 Schedule)

What's the Job?

• Remove injection molded plastic parts from molding machines.
• Trim parts from runners and clean parts as needed.
• Visually and mechanically inspect parts following written and verbal instructions.
• Perform further operations on parts, including assembly and machining.
• Pack parts in containers and sort runners from parts on automatic running presses.

What's Needed?

• Previous operator experience is preferred.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Track record of good attendance and longevity at previous jobs.
