Job Title: Molding Set up Technician

Location: Bloomfield, IA
Position Type: Full-Time, Rotating Shifts (12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays)
Hourly: Molding Set Up - $22.96/hour + Shift Premium
Hourly: Machine Set Up - $21.16/hour

Key Responsibilities Molding Set Up:

• Set up and remove molds to produce quality parts.
• Troubleshoot the molding process to resolve issues effectively.
• Perform repairs, address oil and water leaks, and complete required documentation.
• Execute material changes and measure parts accurately.
• Provide break coverage for Molding Operators as needed.

Requirements Molding Set Up:

• Must pass all MOBI requirements/physicals (for forklifts and cranes) if not currently enrolled in the MOBI program.
• Ability to operate assistive equipment such as forklifts, overhead hoists, and robotic arms.
• Comfortable using QC measuring instruments and hand tools (knives, cutters, wrenches, etc.).

Safety Gear:

• Required personal protective equipment includes hearing protection, eye protection, hard hats, steel-toed footwear, and other protective clothing as needed.

Shifts Molding Set up:

• 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation:

• Starting wage Molding Set: $22.96/hour plus a shift premium.
• Starting wage Machine Operation $21.16/hour
