NetSuite Administrator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a NetSuite Administrator to manage and optimize our NetSuite ERP system, ensuring seamless business operations and system performance. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of NetSuite configuration, customization, and integration while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance system capabilities and improve business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Administer and configure NetSuite to support business processes, including finance, accounting, inventory, and operations.
Manage NetSuite integrations with other enterprise applications and third-party tools.
Customize NetSuite using SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, and SuiteBuilder to meet business needs.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs to improve data visibility and decision-making.
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Troubleshoot system issues and provide support to users across the organization.
Manage system updates, releases, and new feature implementations to optimize NetSuite performance.
Provide training and documentation to ensure adoption and best practices among users.

Must-Have Qualifications:
NetSuite Expertise: Hands-on experience with NetSuite administration, including configuration, workflows, and scripting.
Customization & Integration Skills: Proficiency in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and APIs to enhance system functionality.
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to work with stakeholders across departments to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to troubleshoot system issues and proactively implement improvements.
Data Management & Reporting: Experience with NetSuite reporting, saved searches, and dashboard creation.

Preferred Qualifications:
NetSuite Administrator Certification or relevant certifications.
Experience in financial services, SaaS, or e-commerce industries.
Familiarity with integration tools like MuleSoft, Celigo, or Boomi.
Understanding of accounting principles and financial processes within NetSuite.
Previous experience leading NetSuite implementations or migrations.
