Join Our Growing Team as a Notary Public Operations Associate
Location : Beverly Hills, CA | Full-Time Position (Up to 40 hours/week)

We are a dynamic and fast-growing professional services company in Beverly Hills looking to expand our team with a Licensed Notary Public and Live Scan Fingerprinting Technician (certified by the Department of Justice). What We’re Looking For:

• Notary Public License (minimum 1 year of experience)
• Live Scan Fingerprinting Certificate (issued by the Department of Justice)
• Fluency in both Spanish and English
• A reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and punctuality
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Strong computer skills

Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Provide N otarization services and roll fingerprints for walk-in clients, as well as travel to clients’ homes, offices, and government agencies as needed.
• Offer outstanding customer service , answering calls, emails, and assisting with client inquiries.
• Prepare and ship documents to vendors and clients.
• Perform various office duties to support team operations and enhance efficiency.

What Sets You Apart:

• Customer service experience and a genuine desire to help others.
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) – essential for connecting with a diverse clientele.
• Notary Public commission – Required.
• Fingerprint rolling certificate – A plus! (We are also willing to provide training if needed).
