Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle ORACLE EPM Consultant with 10-12 years of experience in Enterprise Performance Management solutions. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS), Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS), and Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS). This role involves collaborating with customers to understand their business needs, delivering tailored ORACLE EPM solutions, and ensuring successful implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to gather business requirements and understand their financial reporting, planning, and reconciliation processes.
• Design and implement ORACLE EPM solutions utilizing FCCS, EPBCS, and ARCS to meet customer business objectives.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on ORACLE EPM functionalities and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, IT, and operations to align ORACLE EPM frameworks with broader organizational goals.
• Develop and maintain documentation for requirements, functional designs, testing plans, and user training materials.
• Assist in system configuration, testing, and validation of ORACLE EPM applications, ensuring they meet the required specifications.
• Provide support during user acceptance testing (UAT) and address any post-implementation issues or enhancements.
• Stay current with industry trends and Oracle Cloud updates to recommend improvements and innovations to customers’ ORACLE EPM practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10-12 years of experience in ORACLE EPM solutions with a strong focus on FCCS, EPBCS, and ARCS.
• Proven experience in implementing and configuring ORACLE EPM applications in a client-facing role.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and reporting requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud products and familiarity with other ORACLE EPM tools is a plus.
• ORACLE EPM certifications (such as Oracle ORACLE EPM Cloud certification) are highly desirable.

Compensation:

Salary range for California residents only: Between $125,000 to $150,000 per year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
