LaSalle Network is partnering with a respected organization to find a Part-Time Executive Assistant for the CEO. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can be flexible with a changing schedule. The role is expected to be 10-25 hours per week, depending on the CEO's needs. Part-Time Executive Assistant Responsibilities: Calendar & Email Management : Organize the CEO's schedule and incoming emails, ensuring timely responses and smooth communication. Travel & Meeting Coordination : Arrange domestic travel and coordinate Zoom meetings and logistics for in-person meetings, including room setup. Presentation & Website Support : Prepare PowerPoint presentations and assist with website updates. General Executive Support : Take notes during calls, manage emails, and assist with other tasks to ensure seamless operations. Minimum Requirements: 2+ years in an executive support role. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Zoom. Must be able to adjust to a changing schedule and work 10-25 hours per week.
