A well-established company is seeking a hands-on Power BI Developer/Analyst to build out their Business Intelligence function from the ground up. This is a high-impact, standalone role ideal for someone who thrives in data, communicates clearly, and enjoys owning BI systems end-to-end.

Who you are:

• Strong Power BI development experience (must-have)
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in designing data architecture/warehousing
• Bonus: familiarity with SQL Server, SSRS, Salesforce, NetSuite

What you'll do:

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
• Build a reporting and data warehouse system from scratch
• Partner with internal stakeholders to gather and translate business needs
• Integrate data from platforms such as Salesforce, NetSuite, and ADP (nice to have)
• Maintain BI tools and ensure accuracy of reporting outputs

What does this position pay?

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $90,000 to $150,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
