This firm is a relatively new entrant in the private equity space, with a strategic focus on identifying and executing investment opportunities within the independent sponsor ecosystem. The firm maintains a broad investment mandate, targeting sectors across the board-excluding technology and real estate-allowing for a diverse and engaging deal flow.

This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious professional to join at the ground level and play a pivotal role in shaping the firm's investment strategy and execution. As the sole analyst, you will be deeply involved in every aspect of the investment lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include financial modeling, underwriting, preparing investment memoranda, and engaging directly with investors and sponsors. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all analytical aspects of deal evaluation, including financial modeling and underwriting

• Communicate directly with investors and independent sponsors

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in investment banking or private equity
