Job Description

Truity Partners is supporting a manufacturing client in Franklin, WI with their search for an Scheduler. This is an interim position, estimated to last 3-6 months in duration, with a chance it leads to a permanent role for the right candidate. This role is 100% onsite, with a full-time 40-hours-per-week schedule. Compensation is estimated at $35.00 - $45.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create and manage production schedules to meet customer delivery timelines
• Coordinate with purchasing, production, engineering, and sales to adjust plans as needed
• Lead daily production meetings and monitor the status of open orders
• Use ERP systems to manage planning and scheduling processes
• Support efforts to streamline scheduling, improve workflows, and expedite materials

EXPEREINCE REQUIRED

• 2+ years of planning/scheduling experience in a manufacturing environment
• ERP experience required
• Excellent communication skills and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
