Experienced in commercial Property Management and looking to grow your career? Then this could be the job for YOU!! CA based commercial third-party Property Management firm specializing in the medical industry is looking for a Property Manager to support their commercial medical and office portfolio based out of the Newport area managing local Orange County spaces. What are my responsibilities?

  • Remaining educated on upcoming building certifications, to determine what could apply to the building
  • Developing and implementing new services for tenants
  • Implementing various building functions and events
  • Interfacing with tenants and vendors
  • Selecting vendors for TI and Cap Ex projects
  • Managing budgets for construction projects as needed
  • Handling tenant issues/concerns
  • Communicating with Ownership to determine project renovation schedules
  • Overseeing accounts payable/receivable
  • Preparing CAM's
  • Preparing yearly budget and variance reports
  • Generating ownership reports
  • Reviewing subs/vendors completed work
  • Working with Regional on specialty projects

Special Skills:

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects
  • Strong listening and people skills
  • Ability to guide and mentor others

Must have:

  • 3+ years as a Property Manager (commercial industry experience required)
  • BA or BS
  • CA RE desired
  • Ability to commit for up to a year project, potentially longer
