We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Python Golang Lead Engineer for a full-time, onsite role in Menlo Park, CA (5 days a week).

Job Details:

Position: Python Golang Lead Engineer

Location: Menlo Park, CA (Onsite 5 days a week)

Eligibility: Only USC and Green Card holders (No OPT EADs)No H1B not any visa.

Mandatory Skills:

• Experience with Python multi-threading

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain software systems supporting network operations with a focus on high availability, robustness, and timely data processing.
• Utilize Python and GoLang for building and optimizing software applications.
• Manage, manipulate, and analyze large datasets using relational databases.
• Design and implement transactional systems for real-time operations (100 ms to 5 sec latency).
• Develop algorithms for event correlation based on temporal, topological, and network dependencies.
• Work on fault correlation systems, including failure analysis and system integration.
• Explore the use of machine learning techniques to enhance system capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align software solutions with business and operational goals.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for addressing software and network vulnerabilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of software development experience with proficiency in Python and GoLang.
• Strong experience with relational databases, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience with transactional systems and time-sensitive algorithms.
• Interest or experience in network operations and operational support systems (OSS) is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with event correlation, fault management, and network dependency analysis is a plus.
• Experience with machine learning in software systems is an advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working in a dynamic team environment.
