JD: Defining the overall SAP Cloud ALM strategy and architecture for projects, aligning with business needs and system landscape. Designing and configuring workflows within SAP Cloud ALM for project management, testing, deployment, and change management Setting up and customizing SAP Cloud ALM features like test management, transport management, job monitoring, and business service management. Integrating SAP Cloud ALM with other SAP and third-party tools within the development landscape. Leading and facilitating fit-to-standard workshops to identify and address project requirements within the SAP Cloud ALM framework. Monitoring project progress and identifying potential risks, ensuring adherence to project timelines and deliverables. Managing the ongoing health and performance of deployed SAP cloud solutions through continuous monitoring and anomaly detection using SAP Cloud ALM capabilities. Troubleshooting technical issues related to SAP Cloud ALM configuration and usage. Providing training and support to development teams on best practices for using SAP Cloud ALM features. Documenting procedures and knowledge base articles related to SAP Cloud ALM usage. Deep understanding of SAP Cloud ALM functionalities including test management, transport management, job monitoring, and business service management. Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and its application within SAP Cloud ALM. Familiarity with other SAP solutions like S/4HANA, CRM, and ECC, depending on the project scope.
