Job Details Title: SAP Basis Lead Location: Remote, within the USA limits only Duration: 6+ months contract with possibility of extension Rate: $55/hr - $60/hr on W2 All Inclusive OR $70/hr on C2C Client: Tech Industry Visa: Independent candidates are eligible Job Description An SAP Basis Lead oversees the technical administration, maintenance, and optimization of SAP systems. Responsibilities include leading a team of Basis administrators, managing system installations, upgrades, performance tuning, security, and ensuring high availability and reliability of the SAP landscape. Key Responsibilities Leading and mentoring SAP Basis administrators. Overseeing installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP systems including NetWeaver and HANA. Monitoring system performance and implementing improvements. Developing and enforcing SAP security policies. Planning and executing system upgrades and migrations. Providing technical support and troubleshooting SAP issues. Managing backups, patch updates, and disaster recovery. Maintaining documentation and SOPs. Coordinating with other IT teams and partners. Managing project tasks to ensure timely completion. Ensuring compliance with industry standards.
