Job Description

• Core responsibilities Facilitate Scrum events: Organize and lead all Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Scrums, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.
• Coach and mentor: Guide the team on Agile principles and Scrum values, helping them become more self-organizing and skilled.
• Remove impediments: Identify and remove any obstacles or blockers that hinder the team's progress.
• Protect the team: Shield the team from external interruptions and distractions to maintain focus.
• Support the Product Owner: Collaborate with the Product Owner to ensure the product backlog is properly prioritized and managed.
• Promote continuous improvement: Encourage the team to improve their processes and the quality of their work. Foster communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication within the team and between stakeholders.
• Required skills and qualifications Agile and Scrum knowledge: Strong understanding of Agile methodology and the Scrum framework.
• Leadership: Servant leadership and the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving: Ability to resolve conflicts and address challenges effectively. Facilitation: Proven experience in leading meetings and decision-making processes.
• Education and certification: A Bachelor's degree is often required, along with a relevant certification like a Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
• Experience: Previous experience working on an Agile team is often a prerequisite.
